A big opportunity for teachers in Madhya Pradesh! The Madhya Pradesh Employee Selection Board (MPESB) has announced the Primary Teacher Selection Test (PSTST) 2025 for 13,089 vacancies. Applications can be submitted until August 1, 2025. There are 10,150 positions in the School Education Department and 2,939 positions in the Tribal Affairs Department. This is a great chance to secure a stable government job.
Applications can be submitted online at esb.mp.gov.in from July 18, 2025 to August 1, 2025.
Who Can Apply?
- Age: 21-40 years as of January 1, 2025. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Women candidates get 5 years relaxation. Ex-servicemen will get relaxation as per rules.
- Qualification: Must have passed MP TET (Class 3, 2020/2024). Additionally, candidates need Senior Secondary (with 50% marks) plus 2-year D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed/D.Ed (Special Education) OR Graduation with B.Ed (50% marks).
What is the Salary?
The salary will be ₹22,960–₹29,520 (Level 5, 7th CPC). This amounts to approximately ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month including allowances (DA, HRA).
Exam Pattern
The exam will be computer-based with 100 MCQ questions worth 100 marks. Duration will be 2 hours with no negative marking. Subjects include:

Salary and Training
Primary teachers will get a starting salary of ₹25,300 along with other benefits. During training period, salary will be given as per rules.
Passing Marks
